  • Do you provide International delivery?
    We endeavour to ship overseas, mainly Europe (EEC area) However, since Brexit exporting to Europe has changed. Therefore please ask for a courier quotation prior to ordering, we try to obtain the lowest possible shipping rate available, and get-back to you with the price obtained for your approval. *Note since Brexit (1st January 2021) our trading arrangement's with the EEC area have changed, and orders may now attract an extra shipping and purchase cost. Subject to carriers requirements.
  • How do I return an item?
    If in the unlikely event you may wish to return an item. Please email us first, so we can offer the best method of return. We will then advise best way of returning the item to us. If the goods being returned due to a product fault or an incorrect order being sent. We will always pay the return shipping cost, if we've agreed prior, that the item is acceptable for return. However, if they are being returned because of a change of mind about the order placed, Then the customer is libel for any return shipping charges. Returns Policy. 1] If wrong goods are ordered, and you wish to return them, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. 2] If we send the wrong or an inferior product, we will fund the return shipping cost. Following agreement by us. We should be informed of the faulty goods within 30 days of purchase, in the new state purchased. 3] If shipped orders are mislaid or lost, we will replace the item at our cost, having received confirmation from the couriers that the order has been misplaced.   • What is your returns policy?
    Inline with our new Brexit online selling regulations we will always accept product that has failed or broken within the UK Brexit (2021) trading rules. For health and safety reasons we can only accept goods in a clean unused condition, preferable in the original packaging. Goods that, in our opinion, have been damaged, soiled or obviously mishandled by the customer will not be accepted. All goods wishing to be returned will be at the companies discretion and the shipping cost will be paid by the overseas customer. Unless otherwise agreed.
  • How do I track my order?
    Majority of our couriers will send you an email containing confirmation of collection along with a progress tracking number. With some couriers that don't provide customers with tracking info. We will endeavour to email you tracking number, 'if available' from the courier. Low cost items will be sent via Royal Mail post.
  • How can I contact your couriers?
    In most cases with parcel orders, an email will be sent to you by the courier advising that they have the parcel and are in the process of delivering. If there are any problems, with you contacting the courier/s let us know and we'll endevour to contact them on your behalf and try and sort-out any queries you might have. Although in a number of cases Couriers do not accept any direct contact. Therefore, there will be a delay in receiving shipped parcel information.
  • What are your delivery details?
    All letter post is sent via Royal Mail, parcels are handled by a number of couriers inc FedEx Hermes/Evri, Royal Mail etc. For overseas parcels best price will be obtained from a variety of couriers.
  • What about postal charges?
    We try always to obtain the lowest cost of shipping your goods. Therefore, wherever the charge paid is more than we pay, A refund for overpayment will be given as soon as couriers charge is known. However some smaller postal items are sometimes offered post free. Check the website for details.
  • Ordering & Delivery Details
    UK Small item Shipping Ordered goods will shipped by various carriers depending upon weight, size and value. Small lightweight goods such as floats, pole elastics etc. May be sent to UK addresses via Royal Mail postage. UK large item Shipping Large parcels like nets, rollers, bags etc. will be sent via the least expensive courier/s. Emails will be sent from the courier and ourselves advising tracking details. Wherever a parcel overcharge occurs, an overpayment credit refund will be issued via your payment account. Overseas Shipping Overseas customers should advise us of the item/s required and request a delivery cost before ordering. We can then source the best possible courier shipping cost. We will then contact you with details or the best cost obtained, and seek your approval prior to any purchase occurring. Note* that additional Brexit charges maybe added via European delivery couriers, from Jan 1st 2021 UK Shippers and couriers UK couriers used are, my Hermes/Evri, FedEx UK, DPD UPS etc. as well as other parcel companies depending upon best prices. All posting is via economy price for which you should allow 2 to 5 working days for receipt of goods. Although this can vary depending on weather, holidays etc. Select posting charge at checkout On completion of your order a shipping cost will be shown at the checkout. The postal charge will be added to your overall cart price. Enabling completion of your chosen order.
